Tazkia IIBS 1 is intended for female students ranging from junior school to high school. With compulsory boarding during the education period, facilities must be able to accommodate not only learning activities, but also daily needs for 24 hours. The division of functions is divided into public zones consisting of office space, and classes are located at the main entrance to the north and west. The semi-public zone is a food center and hall, which is located in the middle of a site that is easily accessible from all sides. The private zone consists of dormitories and guesthouses, which are located south on the site. There are several gazebos as outdoor classes, as learning programs that are fun for students.

Dormitory needs of at least 40 rooms where each room is occupied by 8-10 students. This need can be increased so that open space (including parking and parks) of 70% of the land area can become a campus for future development. The names of buildings are inspired by the names of big cities, and are famous and advanced places of education.

With the main road from the site and the contour sloping to the north, Tazkia has a potential view. Separate building design allows maximum openings and ventilation for each space in each building. Tropical climate problem that is common in architecture are sunshine and high rainfall. In particular, Tazkia’s design must also be able to solve problems because it is located on a plateau. Thus, it is necessary to find efficient design solutions in response to high energy consumption within the block. The use of appropriate materials, air and corridor utilization, and secondary façade concepts was developed to achieve maximum macro and climate noodles, so as to reduce the use of air conditioning in each room. The exploration of the materials is emphasized by the utilization of secondary perforated facades in the different corridors of the building. Interesting play of shadows, but Also Allows daylight to Illuminate the space. Enables the maximization of openings in the halls of the building, but still get privacy.

The concept of environmentally friendly buildings and locations in the highlands by maximizing openings and ventilation. Also land use that efficiently optimizes the mass system facing north-south, and maximizes green open space, both on the ground, and on the roof. The use of efficient materials, with the implementation of development in stages, allows the use of waste materials for the next building. The use of new technologies and materials that are innovative and support the green design concept. As well as good management and waste on the site independently and easily controlled.
